こんにちは！ミステリオ４日目の朝を迎えました。
ドラマディレクターのSEIKOです！
今は、朝食が終わり、ミステリオソングが流れる中、６０人近い子供達が私の目の前で協力して掃除を始めています。
毎朝の光景が今日も始まろうとしています。
はい。
今日も、けが人、病人もなく、みんな元気に朝を迎えました！
嬉しい。嬉しい。
さて昨日は、アースデイ。
地球のことを考える一日。
アートのアンソニーが食堂に大きな地球をつり下げてくれました。
そして、そこにミステリオコインでミステリオの位置を作ってくれています。
そんな、朝から、地球と対面しながら始まった一日でした。
朝６時からの紙飛行機作り。
作り終わったら、青空のもと、元気に飛行機を飛ばしました。
スペシャルバーベキューの後は、みんなで元気にスイカ割り。
４チームに別れて、対戦。でも最後一つのスイカはチームを超えてみんなが割れるまで応援していました！
そして、午前中２コマ、午後２コマ、各自が好きなクラスをとった後は。。。。
トラクターライディング！
大興奮の子供達でした。
地球が浮かぶの食堂には、アンソニーと子供達が作った、生命の源、海の環境を守ろうとするオブジェがありました。
大切に守られた美しい砂浜と貝殻。どれも素晴しい作品です。
その中で、一つだけ、アンソニーが子供達へのメッセージを込めて、人間が何も気にせず海を汚してしまったらどうなるか。。。というオブジェも飾られていました。
ゴミだらけの中、少しさびそうに呆然としているホタテ貝の表情がとても印象的でした。
子供達は、このオブジェを見て様々なことを感じたようです。
私たちみんなが生きているこの星のことを考えるアースデイ。
青い空のもと、緑いっぱいの農場で思いっきり走り回り、
地球とともに呼吸していることに感謝する。。。
そんな今年のアースデイでした。
Today is MSTERIO's Earth Day. This is the day we think about our earth, friends and nature.
Today is one point English is "It's raining cats and dogs".
Our art director Anthony woke at up 4:30 am morning and has created a wonderful decoration in our dining room.

Since I live near the ocean, I share the responsibility like the campers of sharing a vision to keep our ocean safe and clean. We made a glass container that showed a beach fence to protect nature represented by three shells. I think when we have reminder's of what we are committed to... it is an example that we share as a team being human and protecting what we enjoy and sustains us. I know how important the ocean is to Japan. Having the camper's know that responsibility can be an expression in art and begin even in the mountains. I just have to say that your children are all so talented and it is a pleasure to be with them. Thank you for the privilege to share with them making a difference. I just wanted to add that using the big blue ball that we bring to the pool... as the earth for earth day was a great example of working with what you have. Art can be made from anything...

Most of the programs are the exactly the same as yesterday. except we had an English/Caligraphy, directed by Thomas, Joel and Seitaro.
They went outside and sat on the grass, using HUGE Shuji paper, writing your own creations about nature.
In the evening we have rehearsed our group project which we will be performing at the farewell party.
Everyone is doing REALLY well, having SO MUCH fun.
今日のメニューです！
朝はいつもと同じ。でも毎回の食事の準備もお片づけも、みんなとっても慣れてきた様子。
キッチンのみんなも大助かりです。
ランチは、ミステリオ恒例のバーベキュー！！！！ シェフのジョッシュとアシスタントのトーマスは朝早くから約１００名分のバーベキューの準備にとりかかり、
ランチタイムには、おいしそうなハンバーガー、ホットドック、コーン、レタスやトマトの那須の新鮮なお野菜、そしてデザートはすいか。
そしてその後はスイカ割り。ブルーとレッドチームに別れての対抗戦。
夜は、煮込みハンバーグに、おいしいたくさんの温野菜、フライドポテト、御飯。この煮込みのソースが格別においしくて、御飯にかけてみんなの食欲は信じられないすごさ。キッチンの私たちもびっくりしています。お野菜が普段苦手なキャンパーも、今日は食べていたのには驚きでした！
